The HX320 is a perfect communication device for your near shore vessel and a great addition to your ditch bag. The HX320 has 6 watts of transmit power and selectable 2.5w or 1w of power helping to obtain maximum battery life. The built in lithium-polymer battery provides up to 17 hours of operating time on a single charge. A USB type-C jack is supplied in the box for simple charging.
The HX320 is designed to be heard with 700Mw of audio power supplied to the internal speaker. IPX7 waterproof rating up to 1m at 30 minutes. The HX320 will float if dropped overboard and includes a water activated strobe light that will flash even when turned off!
Visibility is enhanced with the HX320 providing a large LCD display incorporating large and bold channel information flags that are easy to identify. You have quick access to channel 16 with a dedicated key. You can preset up to 10 favorite channels and the radio also has NOAA weather channels with weather alerts. The HX320 enables wireless operation using the optional Bluetooth headset SSM-BT10 (sold separately). The HX320 also has an integrated FM broadcast receiver.
